    4. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:

      5. Products that have been used beyond the purpose of trying them cannot be returned. Open food items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    5. Proof of Purchase:

      6. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to return or exchange the product.

    6. Matching Product:

      7. The product and product number purchased must match the item being returned for a refund to be processed. If the returned product differs from the purchased one, the customer will bear the shipping costs again if they want to retrieve the item.

    7. Shipping Costs:

      8. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. And items are sent to the mailing address specified on the website.

    8. Defective or Incorrect Products:

      9. The customer has the right to request a return for defective or incorrect products within 14 days and can exchange them without any shipping fees.

    9. Exchange and Refund Options:

      10. You can exchange the product ( with the exception of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products ) or another item or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.Credit card refunds may take 7 to 14 business days.

    10. Order Cancellation by Store:

      11. Riyadh Oases Store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a website error, pricing mistake, or if the product is out of stock. The paid amount will be refunded to the customers bank account or card, and the customer is not entitled to demand the product.
